The San Francisco 49ers made it out of their week 4 blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys without any major injuries. The only injury from the game was to left guard Aaron Banks. San Francisco received good news when Banks’ injury was found to be a mild shoulder sprain. This week they will travel to Cleveland. They will face a Browns team which is coming off a bye but may be without starting quarterback Deshaun Watson.

Deshaun Watson could miss his second consecutive game. This has led head coach Kevin Stefanski to name P.J. Walker as the number two quarterback. Walker is currently on the Browns practice squad. He made seven starts for Carolina from 2020-2022 and has completed 57.5 percent of his career passes with five touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
The other option at quarterback is rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson who started for the Browns in a 28-3 loss to the Ravens back on October 1. The rookie went 19-of-36 for 121 yards and three interceptions.
