2025 Three-Star OL Will Kemna Commits to Kansas State

NCAA Football: Kansas State at Texas Tech

Chris Klieman and the Kansas State Wildcats added a new name to the Class of 2025 with the commitment of three-star offensive lineman Will Kemna.

Kemna chose the Wildcats over offers from four different programs including Cincinnati, Duke, Kent State, and Nebraska.

Coming out of Helias High School in the Class of 2025, Kemna is listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index and the nation’s 645th-ranked prospect. He also checks in as the 48th-ranked player at his position and the eighth-ranked player in the state of Missouri.

With his commitment, Kemna became the Wildcats’ third addition in the Class of 2025 joining a pair of fellow three-star prospects, Missouri quarterback Dillon Duff and Texas linebacker Weston Polk.

Kansas State has recently picked up momentum in recruiting Missouri. Both Kemna and Dillon Duff are among the state’s top 10 players and are major contributors to the Wildcats’ 69th-ranked class.

Kemna spoke with GoPowercat’s Ryan Wallace about his recruitment following an unofficial stop in Manhattan, saying, “It was great. I got to see the coaching staff again and I was stoked to get a ton of 1-on-1 time with both Coach Klieman and Coach Riley. I also got to meet the linemen and even tour campus which was awesome. K-State definitely went all out and will affect my commitment decision.”

The visit affected Kemna’s decision in a big way as he became the newest member of the Kansas State football team on Friday afternoon.
