Olympic boxing resumes today, as we’re getting down to only gold medal fights, four each today and tomorrow. Today’s lone session will start at 3:30 pm ET. For those in the United States, you can stream all the action live with Peacock.
Today we’ll see championship bouts in the men’s 71kg (welterweight) and 92kg (heavyweight) divisions, as well as the women’s 50kg (flyweight) and 66kg (welterweight) classes. Notably, Mexico’s Marco Verde will be opening the action and going for the country’s first Olympic gold medal in boxing since 1968.
