Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day five-star David Sanders — the class of 2025’s No. 3 overall prospect, No. 1 offensive tackle and No. 1 player in North Carolina — is set to announce his commitment live with 247Sports on the 247Sports YouTube channel this coming Saturday. Sanders is expected to announce his commitment at approximately 1:15 p.m. that day.
He has four finalists: Georgia, Nebraska, Ohio State and Tennessee.

Sanders took official visits to South Carolina (April), Nebraska (May), and Clemson, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Ohio State (all in June). Following his seven official visits, he named a top four of the Dawgs, Huskers, Buckeyes and Volunteers.
He set a decision date of Aug. 17 and returned to Lincoln and Knoxville in late-July at the conclusion of the month-long recruiting dead period.
Sanders is the top uncommitted recruit in the 2025 class.
