(This story was updated to add new information.)

It’s time for another week of NFL action in 2024 and that means you’ll be following your fantasy football team closely, both before, during and after the games on Sunday.

We’re here to help with the “before” portion. Who are the NFL injuries that are noteworthy for your fantasy football team that you need to know about ahead of Week 4? We have answers.

Here’s a list of the players dealing with injuries that are pertinent to fantasy football, along with their status. Make sure to check back later and we’ll update them with their status before kickoff on Sunday as we get set for the games:

TE Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals: Out (concussion)

He’ll miss this week’s game.

WR Keenan Allen, Chicago Bears: Questionable (heel)

He’s expected to play after practicing Friday. UPDATE: He’s active

WR Tank Dell, Houston Texans: Out (chest)

He’ll miss the game this week.

RB Joe Mixon, Houston Texans: Questionable (ankle)

Seems like his status will be up in the air until we hear the injury inactives. UPDATE: He’s inactive

WR Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders: Out (hamstring)

Sounds like he may not just miss one week with this one.

RB Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints: Questionable (hip and ribs)

He could play but we’ll see. UPDATE: He’s active

WR Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints: Questionable (hamstring)

No word yet on whether the injury sustained in Friday’s practice will keep him out, but the reports are that he’s leaning toward playing. UPDATE: He’s active

WR DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles: Out (concussion)

He’ll miss this week’s game.

WR A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles: Questionable (hamstring)

Keep an eye here, but feels like he’s probably out.

RB Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Questionable (hamstring)

We’ll see! UPDATE: He’s active
