EIHL Wednesday: Blaze look to extend unbeaten league run in Glasgow

Coventry Blaze head on the road to Glasgow on Wednesday night as the only unbeaten team in league play left this season.

The Blaze may have only played two league fixtures, but they’ve won both including an impressive 4-2 home victory over Sheffield on Sunday. Their other league victory came over the Clan back in September.

Clan got an excellent 3-1 home win over Belfast on Saturday to extend their win streak to four games. That was broken with a shootout loss away to the Giants the following night, but means they’ve picked up nine points out of the last 10 on offer. Clan have one league win from four games thus far, a 2-1 home win over Nottingham. Clan have won three out of four games this season at Braehead Arena.
