Back in April, 247Sports updated its class of 2026 rankings. Joppa (Md.) Joppatowne edge-rusher Zion Elee received an incredibly high ranking. This comes after a sophomore season where he totaled 64 tackles, 24 for a loss, and 13 sacks.
The 6-5, 225-pounder was named the No. 12 overall player in the country, No. 2 edge-rusher overall, and No. 2 talent in the state of Maryland. Since then, Elee has landed plenty of big offers.
Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Miami, Kentucky, and others have offered since 247Sports ranked him at that spot. Before the ranking, Elee had already landed offers from Florida State, Georgia, Penn State, Maryland, and multiple others.
