For the second year in a row, the World Wide Technology Championship will be played at the new El Cardonal course. Why is that significant? The course was designed by none other than 15-time major winner Tiger Woods.

It’s the first course from Woods’ design company, TGR Design, to host a PGA Tour event, and it earned rave reviews in its debut last year. The player who claimed the first title at El Cardoal was Erik Van Rooyen, and he’s back in the field this week to try and defend his title.
