A 12/1 four-fold for Saturday

Joe Casey’s selections for Saturday’s Premier League matches include wins for Brighton and Nottingham Forest.

After a busy midweek of European action, there are five matches in the English top-flight on Saturday and Joe Casey has four football betting selections to put together a four-fold that returns over 12/1 if successful.

Premier League tips

Man City v Crystal Palace: Over 2.5 goals and both teams to score 1/1

Brighton -1 v Leicester 3/4

Nottingham Forest to beat Everton 11/10

Arsenal v Brentford: Both teams to score 31/40

Manchester City vs Crystal Palace

Manchester City played out a drab 0-0 draw with rivals Manchester United last time out but they should put on a more entertaining affair when they host Crystal Palace in the early kick-off.

The Eagles are in red-hot form, losing just two of their last 17 games, and they will be riding high after beating rivals Brighton 2-1 last weekend.

Both teams have scored and over 2.5 goals has landed in four of the last five meetings between these two and Palace’s form means that they are more than fancied to play their part in what should be a high-scoring clash.

Brighton vs Leicester

Leicester were dismal in their 3-0 defeat to Newcastle on Monday, they were fortunate to only concede three.

The Foxes have failed to score in 10 of their last 11 games, all defeats, and they look set to fall to another loss. Brighton will be looking to bounce back after defeat to rivals Crystal Palace last weekend and won’t get many better opportunities than against these opponents.

Expect Brighton to rack up the score and overcome a one-goal deficit on the handicap.

Nottingham Forest v Everton

Everton have improved hand over fist under David Moyes but they have only won one of their last nine games in all competitions, with six of those being stalemates.

They may suffer a defeat at the City Ground against a Nottingham Forest side battling it out for a Champions League spot.

The Tricky Trees have won 17 of their 31 league games, including three of the last four, and they are fancied to pick up a crucial win in the race for Europe.

Arsenal v Brentford

Arsenal pulled off a huge result in beating Real Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final but they return to Premier League action as they host Brentford in the late kick-off.

The Bees have been very solid away from home recently, winning five of their last six on the road, and they should not be underestimated in this clash.

Both teams had scored in five of Arsenal’s last six matches in all competitions prior to the win over Real and both can find the net here with Mikel Arteta potentially having one eye on the return leg in Madrid in midweek.
