The Miami Dolphins were one of the best regular season teams in the NFL last season.
They might not have been able to put it together to make a deep postseason run, but their offense seemed to be firing on all cylinders in many games throughout the year.
Their offensive output was largely due to increased confidence in Tua Tagovailoa, who took a massive step forward in production.
Many fans and analysts were worried about Tagovailoa’s potential output heading into the year since he struggled with injuries during the prior season.
He seemed to prove many of his doubters wrong and is looking ahead to best prepare himself for the 2024 season.
According to the NFL Network via MLFootball on Twitter, Tagovailoa has already lost 10 pounds during the offseason.

This demonstrates that Tagovailoa is not only working on his game, but he is working to get into top physical shape.
Being in better shape is good for his team, but it should help him reduce injuries down the stretch as well.
The Dolphins have the potential to be one of the best teams in the AFC for the foreseeable future.
Tagovailoa continues to make strides, they have one of the best wide receiver duos in the league, and their rushing attack and defense continue to grow as well.
The 2024 season will be a true test for this team to see if they can be a contender.
If things don’t work out as many are expecting, and Tagovailoa takes a step back, it will be interesting to see how the team proceeds.
