9. PENN STATE NITTANY LIONS (245.44)
Class Summary: 22 Commits | No. 3 Big Ten | 89.89 Avg. Rating
Headliner: 4-Star CB Daryus Dixson
There is a serious arms race at the top of the Big Ten amid conference realignment, and Penn State is right in that mix with Ohio State, Oregon and Michigan. The Nittany Lions rank third in that group during the 2025 cycle and could inch closer to the top if they pick up a five-star commit. As it stands entering mid-July, Penn State’s highest-ranked commit stands outside the top 100 nationally. The class is deep, though, and features blue-chip standouts at the cornerback and edge spots — two of the program’s strongest positions under James Franklin.
