One of the best wideouts in college football will be featured when Kevin Coleman Jr. and the Mississippi State Bulldogs (1-2) take on the Florida Gators (1-2) on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

The Gators took on the Texas A&M Aggies in their last outing, falling 33-20. The Bulldogs’ most recent game finished in a 41-17 loss to the Toledo Rockets. In that matchup with the Aggies, Graham Mertz had 195 yards on 12-of-15 passing (80.0%) for the Gators, with one touchdown and one interception. Treyaun Webb ran for 37 yards on six carries (6.2 yards per carry). Elijhah Badger had five receptions for 94 yards (18.8 per catch) and one touchdown against the Aggies. Blake Shapen’s performance for the Bulldogs against the Rockets included 28-of-39 passing for 319 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Johnnie Daniels carried the ball 10 times for 59 yards (5.9 yards per attempt). In the passing game, he added three catches for 38 yards. Coleman picked up 77 yards through the air after seven catches (on nine targets), with one touchdown.
