Put on your ponchos, folks in Green Bay.
There’s rain in the forecast on Sunday as the Packers take on the NFC North rival Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field.
So what does that mean, especially with Packers QB Jordan Love nursing a groin injury and running back Josh Jacobs dealing with an ankle injury?
Good question. Per Adam Schefter, both are “expected to play” but he notes rain is coming down.
What that means to me is this: be very careful with Love. One slip and that groin injury could be a problem again. As for Jacobs? You probably have to start him.
And as for betting? I’m probably taking the under on the game with the expectation that there will be a lot of running.
That’s it! Good luck.
