While the whole world (almost) is moaning about the end of an era of a much-loved group of NBA analysts, it seems there might be someone who will be glad it’s all coming to a close. The man we are talking about is none other than the defensive stalwart of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Rudy Gobert. The reason?
It looks like Charles Barkley had a suggestion for the Wolves’ head coach, Chris Finch. According to Ben Golliver of the Washington Post, ‘Sir Charles’ said it would be better to bench the 7-foot Frenchman. When the 4x DPOY was made aware of the Chuckster’s comments, he had a hilarious reply.
“I don’t watch these guys. … I’m glad coach didn’t listen to his advice,” Gobert finished with a hearty laugh.
