The Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya and ATP No.1 Jannik Sinner are one of the most talked about couples on the tennis Tour, despite their privacy regarding their love story. The Russian and the Italian were spotted for the first time in early 2024, later confirming their romantic relationship. They are often seen in each other’s box, to support each other during matches. When talking about tennis players and sports idols in general, fans tend to want to know details, curiosities and everything that distinguishes athletes outside of the game.
Jannik and Anna are now a couple, as we saw live worldwide after their kiss following Sinner’s victory at the US Open.
Through an Instagram Story by Kalinskaya, the Russian shared an interesting and cryptic message, writing: “I’m not in the mood for romance.” Only later, she explain that it was all about autumn blues. Anna appeared melancholic on social media for saying goodbye to summer, but many followers wondered if these words could refer to an alleged crisis between Sinner and Kalinskaya.
The couple is keeping it very secret and therefore no one can know the truth, but in the meantime a small doubt has arisen among the couple’s fans: perhaps at the next official release, the true meaning of this post will come out. In the meantime, the Italian is preparing for the next tournament and will take to the court next week at the Paris Rolex Masters.

During the Shanghai Rolex Masters, rumors emerged that Sinner had proposed to Kalinskaya after the US Open. Both denied it.
Jannik said: “It was news to me too, to be honest! No, I didn’t ask for anything and nothing happened. I just read a few details about it happening after the US Open, but it’s all fake news.”
Anna also commented on the news, via an Instagram story, writing: “To clear things up about the fake rumors: it’s not reality.”
