After defeating PBKS, Royal Challengers Bengaluru
has registered their 4th consecutive win in the Indian Premier League 2024. But will they be able to make their way to the playoffs, or will they also get eliminated like Punjab Kings?
After facing annihilation from RCB, PBKS became the first team to be officially knocked out from IPL 2024, as RCB beat them by 60 runs. After witnessing a sensational knock of 92 runs by RCB star Virat Kohli, RCB bowlers also dominated the latter part of the game as they cleared all PBKS wickets in under 17 overs.
With this win, unlike Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bengaluru are still in the IPL playoff race and they are seated at the 7th spot now with 5 wins and 7 losses.
On the other hand, after losing the game, Punjab Kings slipped to the 9th spot in 12 games with 4 wins and 8 losses under their belt.
