In ESPN’s latest 2024 NBA Mock Draft, former Baylor forward Jalen Bridges is projected to get drafted No. 56 overall to the Denver Nuggets.
Prior to a strong outing at the NBA Draft Combine, Bridges was projected to go undrafted in several mock drafts, but an impressive showing has experts predicting he will hear his name called on draft night.
The 2024 NBA Draft takes place on Wednesday, June 26 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC and ESPN.

Listed at 6-foot-9, Bridges impressed scouts with his ability to knock down the three-point ball while also being able to guard several positions. At BU, he shot 46.6% from the field and 41.2% from three.
Among small forwards competing at the combine, Bridges placed Top Five in every three-point drill from NBA range, showing scouts his game can translate in the league.
During his senior season, Bridges averaged 12.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals. In a win over Texas on March 4, he dropped a season-best 32 points while grabbing nine rebounds. What intrigues scouts the most is his willingness to get his teammates involved and make the right play.
While his three-point consistency cannot be ignored, his defensive intangibles is what could get him a spot on an NBA roster.
