Getting to watch Aaron Rodgers in practice every single day has to be quite the spectacle.

That is what Jets defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich gets to do, in addition to trying to prevent him from having success against his defense.

Ulbrich recently spoke with the New York media about what he is seeing from Rodgers in practice and how amazing it is.

“He’s got something figured out…I don’t see any velocity off the ball. I don’t see a lack of movement. He’s got the same personality that pi***** you off during the week then you love on Sundays,” Ulbrich said.

Ulbrich will be coaching an elite defense this year, which is what Rodgers hasn’t seen enough of in his career.

The one time that Rodgers had a true, elite defense came in 2010 in Green Bay.

That year, they won a Super Bowl.

Last season, the Jets finished third in total defense, which is why they were in a lot of games despite finishing with a record of 7-10.

With Rodgers hopefully healthy this season and with the great skill players this team has, New York has themselves a very complete squad.

There are stars on both sides of the ball, which is why Gang Green can win a lot of games.

The reason that they are favored by Vegas in 14 of their 17 regular season games this year is because they are one of the most complete teams in the league.

It all hinges on health, but this has the makings of a special season for the Jets.
