The Nashville Predators look to snap their skid in a rematch against the Detroit Red Wings, whose only win of the season came earlier this month when the two teams clashed in Detroit.

The Detroit Red Wings

The kids are, as they say, all right, with 22-year-old Lucas Raymond leading the team in points with four assists. Young defender Moritz Seider is contributing at both ends of the ice as well, and the team’s older core — Dylan Larkin, Alex DeBrincat, and JT Compher — have notched two goals each.

Cam Talbot is holding down the net okay, with Alex Lyon playing fine as a backup and excellently in relief. The Wings have struggled on special teams, and have had some bad shooting luck, both of which have contributed to their record.

The Nashville Predators

The losing streak continues after a loss in Edmonton. It started out well, then fizzled — which is an improvement over the Preds’ previous games, which have started poorly and continued that way. Hopefully, we continue to see improvement today.

How to Watch

The game airs at 1PM Central on Bally Sports South and 102.5 The Game.
