Geneva (Ill.) Community high school four-star receiver Talyn Taylor has been tearing it up all offseason. He’s been a matchup nightmare for defensive backs on the 7-on-7 circuit. The 6-1, 175-pounder is the son of North Central College softball head coach and former college star, Venus Taylor. An outstanding athlete in her own right, she clearly passed along some great bloodlines to her son, who is already doing exceptional things at the high school level.
On the recruiting front, Taylor can go just about anywhere he wants. He has offers from heavy hitters all over the country. For now, there are three schools he has official visits locked in with but more will likely be set shortly.
